Join us for a Christmas Eve service on December 24 at 5:00 p.m.
Children are welcome in worship. We have flameless candles available for our younger members. There will not be childcare during the Candlelight Service, however, the 242 Room and the nurseries will be open and available for families to use.

This is a festive evening for adult members and friends of Redeemer. (Childcare will NOT be provided.) Appetizers, salad, a full buffet dinner with a carving station with beef tenderloin, and dessert will be served.

Cocoa & Carols, Sunday, December 8
On Sunday, December 8th, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., join us for a night of church family fun as we drink cocoa, sing carols, and watch a Charlie Brown Christmas. We'll also participate in a reading of the Christmas Story with Pastor Dan and Pastor Ross.
Come in your festive Christmas sweater. Kids are welcome to wear Christmas pjs.

Our format is a little different this year. We'll be gathering quarterly at the church. Each Gathering will have a game, snack time, and lesson time. (Just like youth group for students in 7th grade and above!)

Men's Hike
The Men’s Ministry will host a hike on November 16 at 9:30 a.m. It will be 4-5 miles at a comfortable pace. Hopefully, we’ll see a nice display of fall leaf colors. We will gather for lunch afterward so, along with water, please bring something for lunch and a chair.

This year’s barn dance will feature a live performance from Cuttin Grass Bluegrass, a local bluegrass band.
We will have a square dance caller this year!
If you’d like to come up earlier to the farm, the gates will be open at 2 p.m. The farm will be open from 2 to 5 p.m. for fishing, hiking, touring the property, playing games and socializing. (Food and drinks are not available until 5 p.m., if you come early, remember to bring a snack and/or drink.)

Women's Retreat

Join us for our Fall Women's Conference. This year's theme is "Gifted to Serve."
Following Redeemer’s “Deeply Rooted” summer sermon series about One Anothering, our desire for this Saturday event is to explore the idea of serving one another with grace and love. In the morning, we’ll use the format of a panel discussion to reflect on the experiences of several women who have served or been served through the church in various capacities. The afternoon allows you a relaxing time to fellowship together while enjoying the Welsh’s beautiful property. A light breakfast will be served and a catered lunch. Men's Wing Thing Event
Come hang out with us at the Chow Pizza Bar event room (in the back room of the restaurant) for some fellowship and wings on Thursday night, September 5, at 7:30 pm.
The NFL opening game will be on, but even if you don't like football still come for the company!

Progressive Dinner
You're invited to join Redeemer for our 22nd annual Progressive Dinner! Each course of this four-course meal is hosted in separate homes. Everyone is together during the appetizer and dessert portions of the meal. The salad and entrée courses take place in smaller groups. This event is a great way to meet new people, see old friends, and fellowship with both. We would love to have you join us! There is no charge for this event. Women's Mentor Event

Ashley Farmer will be offering an information session about Melissa Kruger's Growing Together: Taking Mentoring Beyond Small Talk & Prayer Requests.
This book is a great resource to help us connect as sisters in Christ and encourage one another in our walk with the Lord.
During the meeting, Ashley will share her thoughts on how to use this book in Christian Discipleship, benefits and barriers to mentoring, and scheduling options for you.
After the meeting, if you are still interested, Ashley will place you in groups of 2-4 women and then you will schedule time to meet together.

Saints Alive Movie - Voice of the Martyr
Redeemer Church Saints Alive! invites everyone to come for an airing of a recent Virtual Event produced by The Voice of the Martyrs. This is a 2-hour special, streamed live in March and Redeemer Church has the rights to re-show the program. On May 15th, from 1-3:00 PM, we will show this program in its entirety. Come for all or as much time as you wish to hear about these incredible true-life stories of Christians persecuted for their faith in Jesus.

Men's Golf Event
The Men's Captain's Choice Golf outing will be held on Saturday, May 4, at the Country Club of Wakefield Plantation Sports Club located at 3350 Canes Way Raleigh, NC 27614. Note this is NOT the main clubhouse where the championship course is located.
This will be a 9-hole event on the Sport's Club 9, playing to a par of 33, it features four par-threes, four par-fours, and one par-five. The Captains Choice will add some new “strategy” and skill challenges. Check-in for the event will be starting at 8:30am with a shotgun start at 9:00.
For Wakefield's planning purposes, registration will be first come first served and will be limited to the first 36 to sign up and the first 24 who would like to ride and will close on April 26 at noon.
Registration will close on Friday, April 26, at noon. After that day you will need to contact Larry Calhoun (larrymcalhoun@gmail.com) to see if there is space available. You may also contact Larry with any questions.

All proceeds from the talent show and silent auction will be used to offset the cost of the High School Summer RYM Conference and the Middle School Summer Ridge Haven Conference.
